Update
Apologies for neglecting this site. Since I retired in 2021, I have not maintained this site and many feeds have gone extinct. It's been harder to get the Table of Contents for many of the academic journals, as they have put up strong anti-bot defenses. As a result, I was dependent on RSS feeds when available, but some of the good journals have either not offered them, or the RSS feeds are terrible and don't keep up with the journal itself (e.g. Journal of Clinical Oncology). BioSpace had changed and I fixed the feeds. HemaSphere is no longer active, as is Oncology Times, and so these have been deleted. Maintaining this site is no longer free, but I will keep it going as a service to hematology-oncology fellows and other docs who might find it of value. As of tonight, many of the feeds still don't work, and I will focus on getting them back online in the next several days. Thank you for your patience. |

Changes
Removed Heme-Onc Today. It looks like it's been sold to some other entity, and the content is far inferior now. |

Changes
Recently, some journals have incorporated Cloudflare DDoS protection, which makes pulling content much more difficult. However, a few of them have made RSS feeds available, which has been a savior. Unfortunately, not all of them have done so. As a result, some of the major journals had to be removed. I have written to the editors of these journals requesting that they create RSS feeds, and I hope that they will see the benefit of this to working clinicians, and create them. On a positive note, I have added three feeds from the HemaSphere journal, to beef up the hematology offerings. Enjoy. |

This site
Some time ago, I created this "newspaper" of journals for personal use when I was in active practice (am now happily retired). This was a way to catch up the latest publications during a free moment. Browse through it as you would a regular newspaper. Each journal gets updated around midnight. I would strongly recommend using this site in conjunction with a reference manager to help you quickly store each helpful article in its place for future retrieval. I use Zotero and have found it to be great for my needs, and over the years, I have accumulated quite a library. Gary Takahashi MD |
